The CDC is responding to an outbreak of respiratory disease caused by a novel (new) coronavirus that was first detected in China and which has spread internationally and is now in the United States. The virus has been named “SARS-CoV-2” and the disease it causes has been named “coronavirus disease 2019” (abbreviated “COVID-19”).

While the City is closely monitoring the progression of the virus and is planning for the potential spread in the Upper Valley region, we are asking everyone to concentrate their efforts on PREVENTION. There is currently no vaccine to prevent COVID-19.

The Tax office will NOT perform in-person tax preparation services. Phone appointments may be scheduled during normal business hours and on designated Saturdays. If you opt for a scheduled phone appointment, documents must be received in the tax office via mail, fax, drop box, or a secure portal prior to your appointment. Contact the Tax office at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain access to the secure portal.
