Planning Commission consists of five members, one of which is a Member of Council.  The term of the citizen members is four years.  Planning Commission conducts studies and surveys and prepares plans, reports and maps relative to the overall planning of the growth, development and redevelopment of the City and makes recommendations to City Council, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the administrative officers of the City.  This Commission is responsible for the continuous review of the effectiveness and appropriateness of the Planning and Zoning Code, review of site plans and conditional use permits, and review of subdivisions.  Planning Commission meets on the 3^rd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm.  Members of the Planning Commission are:  Michael P. Morris, Bob Kelley, Steve Wood, James Berry, and Steve Campbell.
