City Manager's Bio:
Prior to being appointed City Manager in March 2004, I served as the Assistant City Manager/City Engineer for Monroe.  I continue to hold the position of City Engineer.  I received my Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1991 from the University of Dayton, and my Masters of Business Administration, Project Management in 1998 from Wright State University.  Prior to coming to Monroe, I worked for the City of Dayton as Senior Engineer in the Department of Planning and Community Development.  I am a member of the Monroe Area Optimists Club and Monroe Historical Society and serve on the Board of the Monroe Lending Library.  I look forward to continuing to serve Monroe both professionally and personally in the years to come.
