The Planning Commission meets the third Tuesday of every month and has the following responsibilities:

  • continual review of the effectiveness and appropriateness of the Zoning Code, including providing recommendations for City Council or Board of Zoning Appeals when appropriate;
  • review of site plans;
  • review of conditional uses; and,
  • review of subdivisions.

 In order to be placed on the agenda for an upcoming Planning Commission meeting, applicants must submit all materials to the Development Department no later than the previous month's meeting.
