The City has received the Government Finance Officers Association’s  (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for nine consecutive years (2000 – 2008) and recently submitted the 2009 CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report) to GFOA for evaluation.
