BCCPA RESPECT FOR LAW CAMP

The Butler County Chiefs Association and local area sponsors will conduct the 14th annual RESPECT FOR LAW CAMP June 27 - 29, 2008. The purpose is to afford local youngsters the opportunity to learn respect for the law by giving them a close-up look at local law enforcement in an action-packed weekend.   The Monroe Police Department is again distributing free guns locks. This program encourages firearms owners to properly store and lock up their firearms so children will not gain access to them.  You can pick up our free gunlock in the Police Lobby located in the City Building, 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio.

This truck was seized from a drug dealer and has been converted for use of a police vehicle.

This 1999 Lexus RX 300 was confiscated from a drug dealer by the Monroe Police Department.  The owner of the vehicle used it during sales of cocaine to Monroe Police undercover operatives. The Montgomery County resident was convicted in Butler County on several counts of narcotics sales.
