The Planning Commission meets the third Tuesday of every month and has the following responsibilities:
Continual review of the Planning and Zoning Code, including providing recommendations to City Council or the Board of Zoning Appeals
Review of site plans for new commercial buildings and expansions
Review of conditional use applications
Review of preliminary and final subdivision plats

In order to be placed on the agenda for an upcoming Planning Commission meeting, applicants must submit all materials to the Development Department no later than the previous month’s meeting.
