When I appear in Court, I may not have enough money to pay the fine and court costs in full, what can I do?

If you are unable to pay your fines and costs in full on the day of court, you may be given additional time to pay. We will place you on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plan that you set up with the Clerk of Court. Failure to adhere to the Payment Agreement or Failure to Pay can result in a warrant for your arrest, possible suspension of your driving privileges, a block against your registration privileges, and the remaining balance sent to collections.
